Termination of COSMOTE TV GO

COSMOTE TV GO will be no longer available.

You can continue to enjoy COSMOTE TV for free, wherever you are, even on Smart TVs, by replacing the COSMOTE TV GO with New COSMOTE TV. The process is easy. Learn how to do it selecting one of the options below:

Below are quickly described the steps.

1. Log in to My COSMOTE app with your COSMOTE id. If you have not created a COSMOTE id or you have not added the COSMOTE TV service, learn how to do it here.

2. On the top of the main screen, select the TV image next to your avatar and select the COSMOTE TV service.

3. On the next screen select "Management" on the top. On the Management screen, select the info message for converting COSMOTE TV GO to the new COSMOTE TV that appears under the "Active services" section. Then select "Convert".

When the transition of the New COSMOTE TV is completed, you will receive an informative SMS. Then download the COSMOTE TV application from the store and use your COSMOTE id to login.

1. Go to www.cosmote.gr and then to the My COSMOTE section by logging in with your COSMOTE id. If you have not created a COSMOTE id or you have not added the COSMOTE TV service, learn how to do it here.

2. Select the TV service (in the "TV" category) from the left column of the Connections.

3. On the next page select "Convert" from the information message that appears under the section "Active Services".
